Open Evening 2022

Our Open Evening is currently full booked for the presentations. If there is any further availability it will be shown on this page.

Please could you let school know if you have booked a place and are unable to attend so places can be made available for other visitors.

We are delighted that you are joining us for our Open Evening on Thursday 6th October and thank you for your interest.

You will have the opportunity to visit our teaching Departments in school to see all the amazing work they do and the children will be able to complete our ‘Balshaw’s Passport’ and take part in activities. As we are expecting such a large number of visitors, we would politely ask you to follow the arrival times shown below to make sure that you get the best opportunity to tour the building and spend time in the Departments.

Our Chaplain, Luke, will be located in the Restaurant and there will be staff from the Lancashire County Council Admissions Team.

 

The presentations will be in the Hall at the following times: 6.10pm (fully booked), 7pm (fully booked), 7.45pm (fully booked) and 8.15pm (fully booked). 

PLEASE SEE THE ARRIVAL TIMES BELOW FOR VISITORS
WHO HAVE BOOKED TICKETS FOR THE PRESENTATIONS.

 

Presentation - 6.10pm (FULLY BOOKED)

Please arrive at 6.00pm and make your way to the Hall for the presentation. You will have the opportunity to tour the school after the presentation.

 

Presentation - 7pm (FULLY BOOKED)

Please arrive at 6.15pm and begin the tour of the school and make your way to the Hall at 6.55pm for the presentation. You will have an opportunity to complete the tour of the school before you leave.

 

Presentation - 7.45pm (FULLY BOOKED)

Please arrive at 6.30pm and begin the tour of the school and make your way to the Hall at 7.40pm for the presentation. You will have an opportunity to complete the tour of the school before you leave.

 

Presentation - 8.15pm (FULLY BOOKED)

Please arrive at 7.15pm to have a tour of the school and make your way to the Hall at 8.10pm for the presentation. Please note: there won’t be an opportunity to tour the school after the 8.15pm presentation as our building will be closing thereafter.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO PARKING ON SITE. 

We ask our visitors to make their way to school either on foot or by using public transport where possible. There is also the option of parking at Tesco Extra on Church Road.

Please note: on Thursday 6th October school will close at 2.15pm for our students and the School Office will also at 2.30pm.
